Onika 2017 design+New VCV

Almost 4 years that she alive on UTAU community. I think she should has new style outfit and this new outfit I added more identity for her. But I didn't cancel to use old design. So that's mean you can draw both old and new design!(up to your satisfy)

Now! she also has new VCV ! I called "Onika VCV2017" (Released on 26 feb 2017)

Actually, This VCV is better than all old VCVs(I deleted them) 'cause I used setparam for making oto.ini.
